DEALS | REQUIREMENTS
Artists can submit as many pieces as they want for appraisal by the CYBERLOFTNYC
staff. We require all images to be sent to us in digital format, preferably
in JPEG, TIFF or TGA formats.
On approval we require an artists CV/resumé and statement to be
included in the bio page for your showcase and 6 pieces will be selected.
In order to ensure that your showcase is kept as up to date as possible
it is required that CYBERLOFTNYC is informed immediately of any work
showcased being sold independently. It is also important for CYBERLOFTNYC
to know
when you will be unobtainable for periods of time as in the circumstances
we
obtain
interest in your work we will be attempting to contact you immediately.
When an offer is made on your artwork you will be contacted by CYBERLOFTNYC.
If the offer is acceptable arrangements will be made for payment and delivery.
It is the artists responsibility to find out shipping costs and cover the
insurance of the artwork for shipping.
On the sale of any artwork through CYBERLOFTNYC we require a 25%
commission.
In the even that artwork is sold through CYBERLOFTNYC we require the artists
to supply us with a shipping cost, or choice of shipping options, for the
selected piece to be approved by the buyer. The artist is also responsible
to cover the cost of insurance on the shipping.
We encourage all artists to promote their work where possible and as a
result do NOT in any way request that you keep your work exclusive to
CYBERLOFTNYC.
